By accessing and using the website at hex0bit.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site. These terms apply to all visitors and persons who submit inquiries through the Site.

02. About HEX/0/BIT

HEX/0/BIT artmanagement is an artist management and booking facilitation agency based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. We represent artists in connection with live performances, events, and related creative projects. We are not a ticketing platform, promoter, or event organiser.

03. Services

The Site provides information about our represented artists and a means to submit booking inquiries. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding booking. A booking is only confirmed upon execution of a written agreement between the relevant parties (promoter, artist, and/or agency).

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or not respond to any inquiry at our sole discretion.

04. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (including but not limited to the HEX/0/BIT name, logo, typographic identity, artist biographies, photographs, and visual design) is the property of HEX/0/BIT artmanagement or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission.
• Artist names, likenesses, and press materials may not be used in any promotional, commercial, or editorial context without explicit written consent from HEX/0/BIT artmanagement.
• You may share links to this Site on social media or in editorial contexts, provided no content is misrepresented.

05. User Conduct

When using this Site or submitting inquiries, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or our systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content from the Site.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.

06. Artist Representation

HEX/0/BIT artmanagement acts as the authorised representative for booking inquiries concerning represented artists. Any attempt to contact represented artists directly for commercial booking purposes, circumventing HEX/0/BIT, may constitute a breach of the artist's management agreement and may result in legal action.

All booking inquiries must be directed exclusively to HEX/0/BIT artmanagement.

07. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HEX/0/BIT artmanagement makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Site or its content. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

08. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HEX/0/BIT artmanagement shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this Site, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this Site shall not exceed €100.
