01. Who We Are
HEX/0/BIT artmanagement is an artist management and booking agency based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. We are the controller of the personal data you submit through this website.

02. What Data We Collect
We only collect data you actively provide to us:
- Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you send. This is used solely to respond to your booking inquiry or general question.
- Communications: if you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we retain those messages for the purpose of managing our business relationship.
We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising networks, or third-party profiling tools of any kind.
03. Third-Party Services
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests a font file, Google may receive your IP address. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
No other third-party scripts, cookies, or tracking services are loaded by this website.
04. Cookies
This website does not set any first-party cookies. A single entry is written to your browser's localStorage (not a cookie) when you dismiss the privacy notice banner. This stores only the value "1" to prevent the banner from showing again. It contains no personal data and never leaves your device.
05. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your contact data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your direct inquiry, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) when the inquiry leads to a booking agreement.
06. How Long We Keep Your Data
Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact, or for the duration of a contractual relationship plus any legally required retention period. If no booking results from an inquiry, data is deleted within 12 months.
07. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:
- Access: request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction: ask us to limit processing of your data.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.

08. Data Security
This website is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions and email communications are handled through standard secure email infrastructure. We do not store form data in a database. Inquiries go directly to our inbox.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
